Fractional HubSpot admin FAQ
Straight answers on cost, hours, terms, and how working together works.
What is a fractional HubSpot admin?
A fractional HubSpot admin is an experienced HubSpot administrator you retain for a set number of hours each month instead of hiring full-time. Get Efficient looks after your portal like an in-house admin would: keeping data clean, fixing workflows, building reports, and working steadily through your backlog.
How much does a fractional HubSpot admin cost?
Get Efficient plans are $1,750 a month for 10 hours (Essentials), $3,200 a month for 20 hours (Growth), and $5,800 a month for 40 hours (Scale). That works out to $175, $160, and $145 an hour. Ad-hoc work without a plan is $185 an hour.
Is a fractional HubSpot admin cheaper than hiring in-house?
A full-time HubSpot admin costs about $104,000 a year once you add benefits and payroll tax, before counting the time and risk of hiring. Plans here start at $1,750 a month, and even the 40-hour Scale plan costs well under a full salary.
How do the monthly hours work?
Each plan includes a set number of hours: 10, 20, or 40. We log the time and spend it on whatever helps most that month, whether that is cleanup, builds, reporting, or day-to-day requests. Hours reset at the start of each month and do not roll over. In a busy month you can add hours at $185 each or move up a tier.
What is the contract term?
The initial term is three months, then the plan continues month to month with 30 days' notice. Website builds, full migrations, custom development, paid ads, and content or design are handled as separate projects.
Do you work inside my existing HubSpot account?
Yes. You add us as a user with the right permissions and we work in your portal directly, so your data stays in your environment. If you have not done that before, we will walk you through it.
Which HubSpot hubs and tiers do you support?
All of them, from Free and Starter up to Professional and Enterprise, across Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, and Data (Operations) Hub.
How fast do you respond?
It depends on your plan: two business days on Essentials, one business day on Growth, and the same business day on Scale.
What if I'm not sure which plan I need?
Start with the HubSpot Audit and 90-Day Roadmap, a $1,500 one-time review of your portal with a prioritized plan. If you start a retainer within 30 days, the fee comes off your first month.
Is Get Efficient a HubSpot partner?
No. Get Efficient is an independent consultancy that provides administration services for companies using HubSpot software. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by HubSpot, Inc.
